Assemble salad: In a large bowl, combine greens, apples, candied pecans (leftover), blue cheese, and dried cranberries.
Make the christmosa: In a pitcher, combine apples, cranberries, grapes, and pomegranate seeds. Pour over grape juice and Champagne and stir well. Serve over ice if desired.
Warm the dinner roll in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Dress the salad.
