Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Whipped garlic sauce: In a food processor or blender, add the garlic, lemon juice, and oil. Blend until smooth. Adjust the lemon as needed to bring a hint of flavor. Add a teaspoon of water at a time as needed to help bring the sauce to a smooth creamy consistency. Season with salt to taste. Then set aside.
Heat a saute pan on medium heat. Once hot, add half of the oil. Saute the onion, pepper, and celery until softened. Add to a bowl with ground beef, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper; mix until fully combined. Then form into even sized balls.
Place the saute pan back over medium heat. Once hot, add the remaining oil. Brown the meatballs well on all sides. Transfer the pan to the oven and cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees using a thermometer.
Warm the pita in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Then cut into wedges.
Drizzle about a tablespoon of the sauce over the meatballs before serving (save any leftover sauce for future use). Serve with pita. Garnish with parsley.
