Lavash Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Lavash bread 11.5 inches x 8.25 inches
  • 1 cup Fire roasted tomatoes drained
  • 3 oz Deli roast beef chopped
  • 1/3 cup Fresh mozzarella pearl sized balls
  • 2 tbsp Crumbled blue cheese crumbled
  • 2 clove Garlic grated
  • 3 tbsp Fresh basil chopped
  • Hot sauce Cholula brand hot sauce or your favorite kind

Endive

  • 1 Endive quartered
  • 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic glaze drizzle

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place the lavash on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute tomatoes, roast beef, pearl mozzarella, blue cheese, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the lavash pizza in the oven until the cheese is melted and the lavash is crisp.
    Optional: Place under the oven broiler on medium to get a nice golden brown on top for 1 to 3 minutes.
  • Place the endive on the same pan off to the side. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook in the oven until tender and golden brown.
  • Cut into equal squares, top with basil and a light drizzle of hot sauce. Serve with endive lightly drizzled with balsamic glaze.
