- 4 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Parmesan cheese grated, plus more for garnish
- 4 cups Kale stem removed and chopped
In a small bowl or food processor, whisk together garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, and parmesan.
Place the kale in a bowl, toss with the dressing, and dust with parmesan cheese to garnish.
