Let the Brie sit at room temperature while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Prep all ingredients per the instructions above.
In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced chives, minced parsley, Dijon mustard, and grated garlic. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
In another bowl, toss the arugula with lemon juice and a pinch of salt and black pepper to brighten the flavor.
Spread the herb butter evenly on the bottom half of the sliced baguette.
Layer the sandwich with deli ham, Brie cheese, and arugula.
To make the mango lassi, combine the frozen mango, plain yogurt, milk, cardamom powder, and sugar (or honey) in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
