Prep all ingredients as instructed above. Leave the Brie out at room temperature to soften.
Mix the water and cucumber. Refrigerate until service to infuse.
In a small bowl, mix the butter, chives, parsley, Dijon mustard, and grated garlic until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
In a separate bowl, toss the arugula with lemon juice and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
Slice the whole wheat rolls lengthwise. Spread the herb butter on the inside of each roll.
Layer the rolls with deli ham, brie cheese, and the dressed arugula.
Serve the jambon beurre with carrots, hummus, and cucumber water.
