Sub
- 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 TBSP Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 Sub rolls sliced in half
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
- 4 slices Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 oz Capicola sliced thin
- 2 oz Salami sliced thin
- 2 oz Deli Pepperoni
- 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced into rings
- 1/4 cup Red onion sliced thin
- 2 cups Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 1 Lemon sliced
Prep all ingredients per instruction above.
Whisk the oil, vinegar, dijon, and half of the oregano in a bowl. Then drizzle on both halves of the roll.
Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, oregano, capicola, salami, pepperoni, cheese, onion, and pepperoncini.
Mix the sparkling water and lemon.
Serve: Cut in half and enjoy with carrot sticks, ranch, and sparkling water.
