Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 4 Sub rolls 6 inch
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 4 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 4 oz Salami sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup Banana peppers sliced
  • 4 oz Provolone cheese sliced
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickles halved

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil and vinegar.
  • Drizzle the oil and vinegar inside both halves of bread. Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with oregano, salt and pepper, ham, salami, banana peppers, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
