Italian Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 Ciabatta rolls
  • 4 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 4 oz Salami sliced thin
  • 4 oz Provolone cheese sliced
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 4 tbsp Banana peppers sliced
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 4 tbsp Red onion sliced thin
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, and dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle the oil vinegar mixture inside the top and bottom of the roll. Layer with ham, salami, provolone, lettuce, banana peppers, tomatoes seasoned with oregano, salt and pepper and onions. Cut in half and serve with chips.
