Instructions
Preheat a panini grill or alternatively use a grill pan.
Layer the bread with provolone, onion, peppers, arugula, salami, and ham. Top with the remaining slice of bread.
Grease the panini grill or grill pan with nonstick spray.
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until both sides have toasted nicely and the cheese has begun to melt.
Mix together the sparkling water and lemon slices.
Cut the sandwiches in half; serve with sliced pears, and lemon spritzer (serve over ice if desired).
