Honey Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Cornmeal
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1.5 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Nonstick spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°. In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Add cream, oil and honey; beat well. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened.
  • Lightly grease a small baking dish or individual ramekins with nonstick spray.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
