Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Add the oil to the skillet and cook the chicken breasts on both sides to an internal temperature of 160℉ (71℃). Once chicken is cooked, remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
While chicken is cooking, in a small bowl, mix together barbecue sauce and honey.
Slice the cooked chicken breasts into thin strips.
Warm the flour tortillas in the skillet on medium heat for about 20 - 30 seconds on each side.
Divide shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced red onion evenly between the tortillas. Arrange sliced chicken and cheese on top. Drizzle the honey barbecue sauce.
Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling, then roll them up tightly to form wraps. Cut each wrap in half.
Mix all of the ingredients for the homemade lemonade. Serve over ice if desired.
Serve the wrap with celery, ranch, and homemade lemonade.
