Fill a saucepan or small pot halfway with water and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Place the chocolate in a bowl big enough to sit on top of the pot of simmering water. Stir occasionally to melt the chocolate until it is smooth.
Remove from heat, pour in chex mix cereal and pretzels. Gently fold mixture to evenly coat.
Add in the marshmallow and M&M's and mix well.
Spread out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to cool before serving.
