Toss the potato slices with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and rosemary.
Heat the oil in an oven safe nonstick pan or skillet. Place the potato slices in the pan and cook until golden brown. Flip the potatoes over and add the lemon juice. Transfer the pan to the oven and cook until the potatoes are golden brown and tender, about 10 - 15 minutes.
Remove from oven. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
