Ingredients

  • 2 small Potatoes peeled and shredded
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Shred the potatoes with a box grater.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the shredded potatoes, into the pan with the paprika, garlic powder, and season well with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the potatoes stirring occasionally for about 8 to 12 minutes until they are soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
