Ham Turkey Club

Ingredients

  • 6 slices Multigrain bread square slices will work best (lightly toasted)
  • 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 2 cups Spring mix
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices Aged Swiss Cheese
  • 4 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 4 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 8 Toothpicks
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 4 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread slices.
  • To build the sandwich, spread the mustard on all bread slices. Layer each sandwich with a slice of bread, spring mix, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, another slice of bread, cheese, turkey, and ham, and finally a top slice of bread.
  • Cut diagonally from corner to corner to create 4 triangle pieces. Place the toothpicks in to hold each one together. Serve 2 pieces per portion with chips and pickles.
