Ham Swiss Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3 cups Spring mix
  • 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 4 Pickles halved

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread.
  • Spread the mustard and mayo on both slices of bread, layer with spring mix, ham, tomato and season with salt and pepper, then add the cheese. Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
