Ham Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
  • 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 2 cups Spring mix
  • 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices White cheddar cheese halved
  • 2 Pickles sliced into rounds

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread. Spread the mustard on each slice.
  • Layer with spring mix, ham, tomato and season with salt and pepper, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with pickles.
