Ham Roast Beef Brie Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
  • 2 cups Spring mix
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 6 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp Red onion sliced thin
  • 6 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 4 oz Brie cheese sliced
  • 4 Pickles halved
  • 4 oz Corn chips Fritos or comparable brand

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together the honey and dijon mustard. Lightly toast the bread golden brown and spread the honey mustard onto the bread.
  • Layer the bread with spring mix, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, roast beef, red onion, ham, and brie. Cut in half and serve with pickles and corn chips.
