Ingredients

  • 2 9 inch Pie Crust
  • 2 cups Deli ham diced
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Scallions chopped
  • 8 large Egg
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Evenly distribute the ham, cheddar cheese, and scallions in the pie crust.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and ground nutmeg.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese in the pie crust.
  • Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  • Let the quiche cool for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
  • **If making in advance, reheat at 350℉ for 15 to 20 minutes.
