Instructions
In a bowl combine the mayo, thyme leaves and chives.
Lightly toast the ciabatta rolls and spread the mayo inside the rolls.
Layer with tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, lettuce, ham, and pepper jack cheese. Cut in half and serve.
