Melt the butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Place the croissants in the pan halved side down and toast them in the butter until golden brown.
Heat the oil in a nonstick pan on medium heat. Saute the ham for 1 - 2 minutes; add the eggs and cheese. Move the eggs around the pan with a spatula, until the eggs are cooked and no longer runny. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with kiwi, strawberries, and croissant.
