Ham & Gouda Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Croissant cut in half
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 6 oz Deli ham chopped
  • 8 Eggs
  • 4 oz Smoked gouda cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 2 Kiwi peeled and sliced

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Place the croissants in the pan halved side down and toast them in the butter until golden brown.
  • Heat the oil in a nonstick pan on medium heat. Saute the ham for 1 - 2 minutes; add the eggs and cheese. Move the eggs around the pan with a spatula, until the eggs are cooked and no longer runny. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with kiwi, strawberries, and croissant.
