Ham, Egg, Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 6 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 8 Eggs
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 Apples sliced

Instructions

  • Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  • Lightly toast the bread.
  • Brown the ham on both sides and place on the bread.
  • Add the oil to the pan. Crack the eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the whites of the eggs are firm. Break the yolks and flip the eggs using a spatula, add the cheese. Cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted.
  • Place the eggs and ham on the bread. Cut in half and serve with sliced apples.
