In a non-stick pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add in the ham and cook on both sides until golden brown.
Crack the eggs into the pan. Cook until the whites of the eggs start to set and become firm. Then break the yolk and gently flip over, Add the cheese on top to melt and cook for approximately 1 minute more or until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.
Lightly toast the bagel.
Place the eggs and ham on the bagel. Cut in half and serve with grapes.
