Prep Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise to create Dijonnaise. Slice the ciabatta rolls in half.
Cook the Ham: Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the ham slices and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
