Ingredients

  • 3 slices Multigrain bread square slices will work best (or bread of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Spring mix
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 8 oz Deli ham sliced
  • 8 Toothpicks
  • 1 Pickles cut into rounds
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread slices. Spread the mustard and mayo on all slices of bread.
  • To build the sandwich, lay down one slice of bread and top with spring mix and tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, another slice of bread topped with ham, and finally a top slice of bread.
  • Cut diagonally from corner to corner to create 4 triangle pieces. Place the toothpicks in to hold each one together. Serve 2 pieces of sandwich per portion or full sandwich if desired. Serve with pickles and chips.
