Instructions
In a nonstick pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add ham; cook 1 - 2 minutes.
Add the scrambled eggs, tomato, and chevre to the pan. Move the eggs around the pan using a spatula until they are cooked and no longer runny.
Toast the bread.
Serve the eggs with toast and watermelon wedges.
