Ham & Brie Sandwich

Ingredients

Brie, Ham, Dijon Mustard & Arugula Sandwich on Whole Grain

  • 4 slices Whole grain bread
  • 2 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 oz Brie cheese thinly sliced
  • 6 oz Deli ham low sodium
  • 1 cup Arugula

Carrots & Hummus

  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • ½ cup Hummus

Pickle

  • 2 Pickle spears

Orange Sparkling Water + Chia Seeds

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 1 Orange sliced
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Toast the whole grain bread if desired.
  • Spread Dijon mustard evenly over one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer with arugula, brie cheese, and sliced ham. Close the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices, mustard side down, and press gently to set. Cut in half.
  • Combine sparkling water, orange slices, and chia seeds. Stir thoroughly, let sit for 2–3 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Serve the sandwiches with carrots, hummus, pickle spears, and orange chia sparkling water.
