Ham Brie Panini

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Chipotle Sauce use more or less depedning upon desired spiciness
  • `1 tbsp Honey
  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 6 oz Brie cheese sliced (or more if needed)
  • 1 Apple sliced
  • Spring mix
  • 8 oz Deli ham
  • Nonstick spray
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 4 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Preheat a non-stick pan or panini style grill, over medium heat.
  • In a bowl, whisk the mayo, chipotle, and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on both slices of bread or put on the side if desired.
  • Cover both slices of bread with brie. Layer with apple, spring mix, and ham. Then put the two slices together.
  • If using a panini style grill, lightly spray with non-stick spray and cook the sandwich until it is golden brown and cheese is melted.
    (If using a pan on the stovetop, add about a teaspoon of oil or more if needed, then the sandwich and cover with a lid. Cook on both sides until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.)
  • Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
