Ham Apple Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil use more if desired
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 lb Deli ham diced
  • 2 Flatbread
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 Apple sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cups Arugula
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Spread the oil, garlic, and half of the ham onto the flatbread. Bake in the oven on a baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  • Then top with cheese, apple, and remaining ham.
  • Bake for another 8 - 10 minutes until the cheese is melted fully and edges are slightly browned (if desired, brown the top by placing underneath the broiler on high for the last 1-2 minutes).
  • Remove the flatbread from the oven and cut into wedges.
  • Top with arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
