Ham and Swiss Sandwich

Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP Mustard
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 6 oz Deli ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar (use to taste)
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  • Optional: Toast the bread if desired.
  • Spread mayo and mustard on each slice of bread. Layer with lettuce, tomato, ham, and cheese. Top with the remaining slice of bread. Cut in half.
  • Mix the ingredients for the Lemonade: Combine lemon juice, water, and sugar. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Serve the ham and swiss with chips, pickles, and lemonade.
