Preheat oven to 400º F. Open the bread and drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar inside both the top and bottom pieces. Sprinkle with a pinch of dried oregano and a pinch of dried basil.
Arrange ham onto the bottom half of the bread and then top with cheese. Place the top half of the bread on top of the cheese and place it on a baking sheet.
Place into the oven to bake until the sandwich is warm and the cheese has completely melted about 5 to 10 minutes.
Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and lemonade.
