Ham and Cheese Grinder

Ingredients

  • 2 Sub rolls split in half lengthwise
  • 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil more if needed
  • 1 TBSP Red wine vinegar more if needed
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Dried basil
  • 8 oz Deli ham thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Lemonade

  • 24 oz Lemonade cold

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400º F. Open the bread and drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar inside both the top and bottom pieces. Sprinkle with a pinch of dried oregano and a pinch of dried basil.
  • Arrange ham onto the bottom half of the bread and then top with cheese. Place the top half of the bread on top of the cheese and place it on a baking sheet.
  • Place into the oven to bake until the sandwich is warm and the cheese has completely melted about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and lemonade.
