Ham and Brie Croissant

Croissant
- 2 Croissants lightly toasted
- 2 TBSP Yellow mustard or more if needed
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Spring mix
- 4 slices Tomato seasoned with salt and pepper
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Deli ham
- 4 slices Brie cheese decently sized slices to cover the sandwich
- 1 Apple sliced
Prepare the ingredients per the instructions above.
Lightly toast the croissant.
Spread the mustard and mayo inside each half of the croissant and layer with spring mix, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, ham, and cheese.
Cut in half and serve with sliced apple and white grape juice.
