Ingredients

  • 2 medium Zucchini Sliced diagonally into oblong rounds about a 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
  • Toss the zucchini slices with oil, oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Grill until tender and nicely browned, about 4 minutes per side.
  • Season with salt to taste before serving.
