Instructions
Toss all ingredients in a bowl and season well with salt and pepper. Let sit until the grill gets hot.
Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
Once hot, grill all vegetables on both sides until tender and nicely marked.
Cut the vegetables into smaller bite sized pieces before serving if some are too large.
