Grilled Turkey Wrap

Ingredients

  • Nonstick spray
  • 4 Tortilla wraps
  • 4 slices Mediterranean Gouda
  • 2 cups Spring mix
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup Red onion shaved
  • 4 Pickle spears halved

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Hot sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
  • Whisk all of the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then spread onto the wrap.
  • Layer the wrap with cheese, spring mix, tomatoes, turkey, and onion.
  • Place the wrap onto the panini grill and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
    (Alternatively, lightly grease a the grill pan on medium heat, place the wrap seam side down cook to golden brown then flip over and do the same to the other side).
  • Cut in half and serve with pickles.
