Preheat a panini grill or George Foreman grill (or preheat oven to 350°F if you don't have a grill style press). Lightly grease with non-stick spray.
Spread the dressing on both slices of bread (or serve on the side if desired). Place a slice of cheese, sauerkraut, turkey, another slice of cheese, and top with slice of bread.
Place the sandwich on the grill press until golden brown and the cheese is melted (can also use a non-stick pan with non-stick spray covered with a lid).
Slice in half and serve with potato chips and pickles on the side.
