Prepare all ingredients as described above.
Make burger patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Form into burger patties.
Grill the burgers: Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill each patty for 3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook until the desired doneness is reached.
Add cheese (optional): Place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt while the burger finishes cooking.
Toast the buns (optional): Place the hamburger buns cut-side down on the grill until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers: Layer the bottom half of each bun with butter lettuce, tomato slices, grilled beef patty, and red onion. Top with ketchup or other condiments and the top bun.
Grill the corn: Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the corn on all sides until tender. Then spread with butter and season with salt and pepper. Cut in half to serve.
Make the mango lassi: In a blender, combine frozen mango, yogurt, milk, cardamom, and sugar. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
Serve the grilled burgers with grilled corn, watermelon slices, and mango lassi.
