Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Brown the beef in the pan with the taco seasoning, breaking it up into smaller pieces until it is no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the beef from the pan with a slotted spoon and set aside, leave the grease in the pan.
Spread the re-fried beans on the tortilla, layer with cheese, and beef. Fold in the ends and roll up.
In a bowl mix the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the non-stick pan with the grease over medium heat. Place the burritos seam side down (one at a time if needed), for about 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown. Cut in half and serve with sour cream if desired. Cut in half and garnish with Pico de Gallo.
