Grilled Bratwurst Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Bratwurst Links
  • 4 Long rolls partially sliced longways
  • 2 cups Sauerkraut more if desired
  • 4 tbsp Yellow mustard or mustard of your choice
  • 4 Pickles halved
  • 4 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill on medium heat.
  • Place the bratwurst on the grill. Get nice grill marks on each sides and cook to an internal temperature of 155 degrees using a thermometer.
  • Scoop out a little of the inside of the roll if you desire it to be less doughy and cut the roll to fit the bratwurst if you desire less bread.
  • Place the cooked bratwurst on the roll, top with sauerkraut and mustard, serve with pickle and chips.
