Ingredients

  • 2 cups Green beans
  • 1/4 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 ounces Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. In an appropriately sized baking dish, mix the green beans, broth, heavy cream, butter, cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to distribute the ingredients evenly within the baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and spread the breadcrumbs over the top. Bake uncovered for another 10 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
