Prep all ingredients per the instructions above.
In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken and coat well. Marinate briefly.
Make the tzatziki sauce: Add cucumber, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, fresh dill, and salt to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed and refrigerate until ready to use.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
Grill the chicken, turning once, until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Warm the tortilla wraps if desired.
Spread tzatziki sauce onto each wrap.
Add grilled chicken, sliced onion, tomato, shredded romaine lettuce, and crumbled feta.
Fold the wrap and roll to close.
Serve the wrap with carrot sticks and hummus, alongside kombucha.
