Ingredients

Greek Chicken Souvlaki Wrap

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 8 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless butterflied

Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Cucumber rough chopped
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 TBSP Lemon juice
  • 1/2 TBSP Fresh dill
  • Salt

Wrap

  • 2 Whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • 1/2 cup Onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup Tomato sliced
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 2 TBSP Feta cheese crumbled

Carrots and Hummus

  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1/3 cup Hummus

Kombucha

  • 16 oz Kombucha

Instructions

  • Prep all ingredients per the instructions above.
  • In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken and coat well. Marinate briefly.
  • Make the tzatziki sauce: Add cucumber, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, fresh dill, and salt to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
  • Grill the chicken, turning once, until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Warm the tortilla wraps if desired.
  • Spread tzatziki sauce onto each wrap.
  • Add grilled chicken, sliced onion, tomato, shredded romaine lettuce, and crumbled feta.
  • Fold the wrap and roll to close.
  • Serve the wrap with carrot sticks and hummus, alongside kombucha.
