Granola Cereal with Berries and Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

Pumpkin Spice Latte:

  • 1 cup Coffee brewed
  • ½ cup Milk (of your choice)
  • 2 TBSP Pumpkin puree
  • 1-2 TBSP Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Cereal:

  • 3 cups Granola cereal
  • 1 cup Mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 1 cup Milk of your choice

Instructions

  • Brew a cup of your favorite coffee using your preferred method.
  • In a small saucepan, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice blend. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot but not boiling.
  • Using a blender or a frother, blend the pumpkin pie spice mixture until frothy and well combined.
  • Place the cereal into bowls.
  • Top with mixed berries.
  • Pour milk into each bowl.
  • Pour the pumpkin spice latte into mugs.
  • Serve the granola cereal with berries alongside the pumpkin spice latte. Optionally, top the latte with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
