Garlic Herb Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound Red potatoes cut in half
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Put the potatoes in a saucepan, add cold water to cover by about an inch and season generously with salt. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer until potatoes are fork tender, about 5 to 8 minutes, depending on their size, and drain.
  • Melt the butter and saute the garlic for 1 - 2 minutes. Toss the potatoes with the butter and parsley, season generously with salt and pepper to your desired taste.
