Garlic Butter Brioche Breakfast Sandwich

  • Melt the butter in a nonstick pan on medium heat. Add the garlic and place the buns inside down into the pan (work in batches if needed) until the inside of the buns are toasted golden brown. Then set aside.
  • Brown the ham slices on both sides in the pan. Then place on the bun.
  • Add the oil to the pan and crack the eggs in, cook until top is nearly set but still glossy, (then break the yolks if desired) and flip the eggs over. Turn the heat down to medium low, add the cheese, and cover with a lid to melt.
  • Place eggs with melted cheese onto the bun. Serve with sliced apples.
