Garden Salad w/ Cider Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 6 slices Cucumber
  • 1 Radish sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp Carrots peeled and shaved

Vinaigrette

  • 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp Dried oregano

Instructions

  • Place the lettuce in a bowl with cucumber and radish on top. Use a vegetable peeler to shave the carrot onto the top of the salad.
  • Whisk together ingredients for the vinaigrette. Dress the salad right before serving.
