Fruit smoothie
- 1 Granny smith apple
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Frozen mango
- 2 cups Mixed berries
- 10 Ice cubes
- 1 TBSP Lemon juice
- 1 TBSP Maple syrup honey or agave syrup
Bagel with cream cheese
- 2 Your choice of bagel sliced and toasted
- 4 TBSP Cream cheese (regular or flavored, as per your preference)
- Salt (to taste optional)
- Black pepper (to taste optional)
Fruit smoothie
Core the apple and cut it into chunks, leaving the skin on. Place it into the blender, followed by the banana, broken into chunks.
Add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, stopping and scraping as necessary. Set aside.
Bagel with cream cheese
Slice the bagels in half and toast them in a toaster or under a broiler until they are lightly browned and crispy.
Once the bagels are toasted, spread the cream cheese on each bagel half, ensuring an even layer.
Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper if desired.
Place the bagel halves on a plate and pour the smoothie into a glass.
Serve your cream cheese bagels and fruit smoothie immediately.
