Preheat a saute pan on low medium heat with the oil.
Set up a bowl with the flour, a bowl with eggs, and In another bowl mix the paprika, breadcrumbs seasoned with salt.
Coat the tilapia with flour, then dip into the egg, and then coat well with breadcrumbs.
Fry the breaded tilapia on both sides to golden brown to an internal temperature of 140 degrees using a thermometer, about 10 minutes. (Time will vary based on your fish fillet thickness).
Lightly toast the bread. Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, and breaded fish. Top with tartar sauce.
Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
