Ingredients

French Bread Pizza

  • 1 French baguette sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • Your choice of pizza toppings (such as pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives, etc.)

Homemade Lemonade with Ice

  • 16 oz Water cold
  • 1 cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 TBSP Granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lay the baguette halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each half.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Add your favorite pizza toppings on top of the cheese.
  • Place the baking sheet with the prepared French bread pizzas in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the baguette are slightly crispy.
  • While the French bread pizzas are baking, prepare the lemonade: Mix the ingredients for the homemade lemonade. Add ice cubes to the glasses if desired.
  • Remove the French bread pizzas from the oven and let them cool slightly before slicing them into individual portions.
  • Serve the French Bread Pizza with a refreshing glass of homemade lemonade.
