Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Fresh dill minced
  • 1 tsp chives minced
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 6 slices Sourdough bread
  • 6 Romaine lettuce
  • 6 slices tomato
  • 6 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Add the eggs to a saucepan and fill with cold water. Bring water to a boil and let the eggs boil for 8 minutes. Take the eggs out of the water and let cool.
  • Peel and chop the eggs and add them to a medium sized bowl. Add mayonnaise, dill, chives, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spread on bread.
